Kirsten Davids

Focus

As a partner in our National Office Audit & Assurance (NOA), Kirsten Davids is responsible for issues relating to the audit and other assurance services, the BDO audit approach, the BDO audit manual and other BDO tools and guidance for audit and assurance services. Her role also includes providing our employees with the necessary technical support for an efficient and effective audit.

As Ethics & Independence Leader of BDO in Germany her responsibility is to promote an appropriate culture in our firm, to ensure a strong control environment and the adequacy of our firm's policies and procedures relating to independence, to communicate these policies and procedures effectively to partners and staff, and to provide professional and technical support to our staff in resolving and resolving conflicts.
